You take all that seasoned rice, dried seaweed, fish, and vegetables, reinterpret them with candy, and boom, you get candy sushi.Lee Manne, owner of Stieber's Sweet Shoppe in New York City, shares her tips on how to make four different kinds of candy sushi. 1. With your hands, mold a clump of rice crispy treats into a shape resembling a fish stick or a mozzarella stick. You can flatten the sides on a cutting board or other clean, flat surface. 2. Using an icing spatula, take a teeny bit of Marshmallow Fluff and apply it to the back of a Swedish Fish. 3. Set the Swedish Fish on the rice crispy stick. Peel off some Fruit by the Foot and wrap it around the gummy and rice, tacking down the loose end of the Fruit by the Foot with a little more Marshmallow Fluff. 1. Roll out a large hunk of rice crispy treat using a rolling pin or bottle of wine (coated with nonstick spray) — whatever you have around.

Roll out the ball, flipping the mass over as you go, until you've got a flat blob about 1/4 inch high and 8 inches long. 2. Using a pizza cutter or knife, square off the edges of your rice crispy blob. Then cut the squared-off blob into 1-inch strips. 3. Cut the Fruit by the Foot to match the length of the rice crispy strips. 4. Lay down a rainbow twist on one end of a rice crispy strip and roll it away from you like you're rolling up a rug.5. Wrap the outside of the roll in Fruit by the Foot. Glue down the loose end of the Fruit by the Foot with Marshmallow Fluff. *Make it an inside-out roll by putting your Fruit by the Foot on the rice crispy strip, then add the rainbow twist before you roll. 1. Take a handful of rice crispy treats and form an oval shape with your hands. Press down on both long sides so it's flat.2. Wrap along the outside of the oval with Fruit by the Foot.3. Spread a thin layer of Marshmallow Fluff over one side of the "roll" that still has rice exposed.4.

Pour the Nerds into a bowl and dip the Fluff-y side of your roll into the Nerds. Fill in any gaps by hand. 1. Put your fruit leather down on a flat surface with the shiny side of the candy facing up. 2. Take a hamburger patty-size clump of rice crispy treats and flatten it out in your palm so it's about 1/2 inch thick. 3. Apply Marshmallow Fluff on one side of the rice crispy patty and put the patty Fluff-side down on the fruit leather.4. Place some Swedish Fish and rainbow licorice rope on the rice crispy patty. Keep the "filling" high up on the rice so you can see it sticking out from the fruit leather wrapper. 5. Strategically apply Marshmallow Fluff to your creation so it stays together. 6. Fold the leather into the center like you're making a burrito and seal it with additional Marshmallow Fluff. Plate your sushi along with the green jelly beans (edamame), grapefruit candy (ginger), and lime fruit chews (wasabi), send out the invite, and overwhelm every Instagram feed with glorious pictures like this:
